Taller online de periodismo gastronómico [Latinoamérica, España]

Periodistas, estudiantes de periodismo y otros interesados pueden inscribirse a esta formación online.

La Escuela de Periodismo UAM/El País organiza un taller de periodismo gastronómico a cargo de Paz Álvarez, los días 5 y 6 de marzo a través de la plataforma Zoom.

Durante las sesiones, los participantes se familiarizarán con el auge de la gastronomía y del periodismo gastronómico, escribirán sobre un restaurante a partir de claves de la crónica gastronómica, y explorarán distintos soportes y herramientas para ejercer como periodistas en este campo.

El costo el taller es de EUR95. Los interesados podrán inscribirse hasta el 26 de febrero.
