Webinar series on climate coverage and COPs [Worldwide]

Journalists with an interest in climate change can register for a free webinar series.

The Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas is organizing the webinar series “Climate coverage and COPs: Tools, sources and storytelling strategies for journalists.” The series brings together experts, journalists and communicators who are directly involved in covering the climate crisis and international conferences such as COP30.

Participants will explore topics such as solutions journalism applied to climate, fighting disinformation, investigative reporting, data use, digital content creation, and more.

The series includes six live sessions in Portuguese, with simultaneous interpretation into English.

The series will be held July 30 to Sept. 3.
