Journalists who seek to deepen their understanding of mental health coverage can participate in a webinar.

Poynter is hosting the webinar “Covering Mental Health Equity.” This Mental Health Reporting Project webinar teaches journalists of all beats how to cover mental health equity and recognize that equity means ensuring everyone has fair and equal access to quality mental health care, regardless of background or circumstances.

Participants will learn how to to find diverse sources, understand systemic barriers and advance health equity in their areas.
