Grants available for individual researchers [MENA]

Researchers holding a PhD degree in the field of social sciences, humanities and/or media studies, or development studies can apply for a grant to conduct research projects on and in the Arab region.

The Arab Council for the Social Sciences (ACSS) is accepting applications to the second cycle of its scholars collaborative grants program under the title “Academic Freedom and Knowledge Production in the Arab Region.”

This fellowship, with a duration of 10 months, supports a grant of up to US$10,000 for individual researchers to undertake research on the topic and explore potential areas of collaboration and joint outputs with other researchers.

The deadline is Oct. 26.
