Egyptian, non-Egyptian journalists, researchers, academics, official spokespersons, media advisors for institutions and others can register to attend a forum in Egypt.

The Egypt Media Forum is accepting applications for its third edition, which will take place in Egypt from Nov. 8 to 9. The Egypt Media Forum is an annual, independent international platform for media development based in Cairo. It aims to advance the know-how and development of media culture and policies, and to support capacity building and qualified bodies.

To participate in the forum activities, applicants must complete an online application, which has different conditions based on three categories: A, B and C.

Participants in Category A, including Egyptian journalists, media professionals, official spokespersons and media undergraduate students of any nationality, are exempt from registration fees, while participants in Category B and C, which include non-Egyptians, are required to pay a fee as mentioned in the application.

The application deadline is Oct. 30.
