Deep Dive grants for journalists, content creators [The Pacific]

Journalists and content creators in the Pacific can apply for grants.

Internews’ Earth Journalism Network (EJN) is offering grants to journalists and content creators to support the production of in-depth stories, video shorts and creative projects on ocean issues affecting the Pacific.

Only journalists and content creators in the Pacific who have participated in EJN’s “The Deep Dive: Building Skills for Transformative Ocean Reporting” workshops can apply for these grants.

Selected grantees will produce a range of outputs, with journalists to publish an in-depth ocean story in their chosen media outlet, while content creators will create three short-form videos to disseminate on their social media platforms.

Thirteen grants of up to US$700 each will be awarded to produce high-quality solutions-focused ocean stories.

The deadline is July 20.
