Collier Spotlight award recognizes reporting on state institutions [US]

Journalists and media outlets can receive nominations for an award.

The College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida is accepting nominations for the Collier Spotlight award. The award is a quarterly certificate that recognizes impactful reporting on state institutions.

Submitted reporting must be completed between Jan. 1 and Sept. 1.

The news organization that produced the top ranked work will be awarded a US$500 honorarium and a certificate.

The deadline is Sept. 5.
